Where are your candles made? 

 Our Candles are hand poured in our Sydney Studio.  

  

 What type of wax do you use?

We use Australian beeswax along with organic coconut soy wax. 

  

Do you use dyes in your candles? 

No, we do not. We like to keep our candles nice and simple and naturally beautiful.  

 

Do you have any candle care instructions?

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do? 

 We take great care when preparing your order for shipping and are sure your purchase will arrive in great shape. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, simply send an email to hello@luxenlavish.com.au within 3 days of delivery and we'll organise a replacement. Please include pics- including the box if it's damaged- as these can be very helpful! 

  

How long will it take to receive my order? 

 We ship every business day- excluding public holidays. Orders normally ship within 48 hours of being placed. Actual delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

  

I have changed my mind, can I have a refund? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, however, we are more than happy to exchange the item or issue store credit providing it is still in it's original packaging and is unused. Simply email us at

hello@luxenlavish.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order for more details. 

 

How do I track my order? 

Tracking info will be sent when your purchase ships and you will have the option to track your order via email or SMS updates. 
 

How much is shipping? 

 Shipping is a low flat rate of $12.95 for parcel post or $14.95 for express post.. Orders over $99 ship free!  

 

Can my order be sent as a gift?

 Yes. We can also include a hand written note for you at no extra charge. Simply let us know in the ' Instructions to seller' box on the cart page that it's a gift, and include your message. 

 

Is pick up available? 

 Yes. Pick up is available from our studio in Sydney. Simply select the pick up option at checkout and you will be notified via email when your order is ready. 

 

Will you be adding more products in the future? 

 Yes, absolutely. The best way to find out about new products is to subscribe to our mailing list. It's a great way to be the first to know when we're having a sale too!
