Refunds - Exchanges


At Luxe n Lavish we do our best to ensure your products are in perfect condition before we send off. 

However once in transit unfortunately things can go wrong. In the event that this happens. Please contact us within 3 days so that we can arrange either a replacement or a store credit. 

Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.

Please note:  When returning an item, to consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages.

We do not offer exchanges on any discounted items.

We do not offer returns and refunds for change of mind. So please choose carefully when selecting your items.
